Understanding your caloric needs can be a great starting place when addressing a whole host of goals beyond weight loss. So, I've decided to add one for free on my website. Despite this, there are some caveats to using one. Firstly, it isn't an exact science and this is just an estimate so you may still need to adjust your calories even after finding the ballpark figure. Secondly, I've removed any reference to how many calories to lose or gain weight. This is because that amount should be based on quite a few different factors that would probably be best to discuss with a nutritionist. Finally, this number might seem high to you but that might be you either overestimated your activity levels or underestimate how many calories you consume.
