Q&A

Here to Help

What is a Nutritionist?

A nutritionist should be a qualified and insured individual who is able to support you in your nutrition goals. Unfortunately in the age of social media, too many people provide false information, quick fixes, and hype up ineffective supplements. As an MNU Certified Nutritionist I can provide an effective evidence-based approach that suits your needs, free from bias

Do you provide meal plans?

Whilst I am legally allowed to do so, I prefer not to. This is because providing a rigid plan isn't going to help you in the long term. In most situations, your diet doesn't need a complete overhaul, but simply a few changes here and there and a bit more awareness of your eating can make a big difference. Tweaks to habits, mindset, and approach can also make a big difference.

Do I have to see you in person?

Whilst I do think it's beneficial to do so, especially for the consultation, after the Covid-19 pandemic I understand some people's trepidation for meeting in person. If that is the case, I can do consultations and check-ins via Zoom.
